Endorsement from State Senator Becca Rausch

NEEDHAM, MA – State Senator Becca Rausch (D-Needham) has endorsed Democratic candidate Joshua Tarsky in his campaign for State Representative of the 13th Norfolk District. Tarsky became the Democratic nominee last Tuesday, September 3rd, when he won Dover, Medfield, and nine of ten Needham precincts, or 51% of the total vote. The 13th Norfolk District comprises a sizable portion of State Senator Rausch’s senatorial district, and as a Needham resident herself, she is a constituent of the 13th Norfolk, just as Josh Tarsky is of the Norfolk, Worcester, and Middlesex district that she represents.

State Senator Rausch had this to say of Tarsky: “Josh’s extensive public service, including his service in the U.S. Army Special Forces, as an ELA and ESL teacher and union leader in Lawrence, and his current role as principal for students in grades 6-12, provides a strong and essential foundation for representing the residents of Needham, Dover, and Medfield. State Senator Rausch’s backing of candidate Tarsky is further evidence of what voters showed on Tuesday: Josh Tarsky is the Democrat to deliver results for the 13th Norfolk District.
